1. Follow the instructions at http://developer.android.com/guide/developing/eclipse-adt.html to set up a development environment.<br />
2. Download the [http://www.limestonenetworks.com/androidapp/download/Rockware.apk Rockware.apk] file to c:\<br />
3. Open the command prompt by going to Start -> Run -> cmd<br />
4. Plug your phone into your computer using the USB cable<br />
5. Enable USB debugging on your phone by going to Settings -> Applications -> Development -> USB Debugging<br />
6. Run the following:

 adb install c:\Rockware.apk
