You can download this Rockware application to your computer and move it to your phone through the USB interface.
This is only recommended for experienced Android developers
1. Follow the instructions at http://developer.android.com/guide/developing/eclipse-adt.html to set up a development environment.
2. Download the Rockware.apk file to c:\
3. Open the command prompt by going to Start -> Run -> cmd
4. Plug your phone into your computer using the USB cable
5. Enable USB debugging on your phone by going to Settings -> Applications -> Development -> USB Debugging
6. Run the following:
adb install c:\Rockware.apk
